We are accepting all new clients!

- Please pay your deposit directly on our website. DO NOT click pay later - your appointment is not confirmed until we receive your deposit. 

- Please arrive with a face mask or we will not be able to service you.
- All deposits are nonrefundable. You can only transfer your deposit to a new time slot at least 72 hours prior to your appointment.

- We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

- You must agree to disclose any allergies to latex/eyelash extension adhesive. Upon booking your appointment, you are confirming that you do not have any allergies to latex/eyelash extension adhesive which releases ChinaDoll Lashes from any claims or damages.
- You are allowed a 15 minute grace period- otherwise your appointment will be cancelled.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time are charged a $50 fee.
- NO CALL/NO SHOW = Banned from scheduling any future appointments with ChinaDoll Lashes.
- We value our clients' privacy so we ask no extra guests are allowed in the studio unless they are being serviced.
- Please have at least 50% of your extensions left to qualify for a refill or you will be asked to reschedule
- We do not do foreign refills. You must book a removal + full set as a new client.
- Please arrive with a fresh face. Removal of any leftover mascara/makeup will be a $10 charge.
- Payment is CASH PREFERRED. (Processing fees apply if paying with card.)
