All sales are final. We do not offer refunds nor exchanges due to sanitary purposes. If you wish to cancel your order, email CHINADOLL.LASHES@GMAIL.COM. Cancellations can only be processed before fulfillment (before you receive a tracking number).

SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to process. Orders received after 3PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

Once packages are received by USPS, CHINADOLL LASHES LLC is not responsible for any lost packages.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In the event that an item becomes out of stock after you place your order, we will ship the rest of the items in your order and you will receive an email stating that one of your selected items is out of stock. You will be fully refunded for the out of stock item.
